DPM 100 Capsule Polishing Machine
This capsule polishing machine comprises a cylindrical polishing chamber fitted with a rotating spiral brush of nylon bristles. Capsules are polished and dusted off by the vigorous motion of the brush and moved forward. The ADU 100 suctions off the dusted off particles through the vacuum action. The DPM 100 can polish up to 150,000 capsules per hour.

ADU 100 Dust Collector
A high powered vacuum machine that efficiently clears powder particles adhering to the insides of the DPM 100. The ADU 100 impeller rotates at high speed to create a vacuum, and the suction port suctions out the air removing powder collected in the stainless steel 316 drum.

FCS 100 & MCS 100
FCS 100 Filled Capsule Sorter
This section comprises a drum sorter with sorting plates of specific size and configuration. Holes on the plate trap diametrically defective or oversized capsules while filled capsules move forward.
MCS 100 Mini Capsule Sorter
Uncoupled capsules are separated with an electromagnetic vibrator mounted under the sorting plate. Loose caps fall through the holes in the sorting plate into the collection box while filled capsules move forward with the plate.

ES 100 Empty Sorter
Lighter objects float on an air stream. This unit employs varying air stream velocities to lift objects of differing weights. Filled capsules are fed uniformly into the funnel-type capsule hopper before entering the hopper tube. They flow into the sorting chamber and are subjected to cyclonic, upward-moving air streams. Filled capsules are heavier and land at the bottom. The capsule deflector mounted under the funnel-type hopper seizes empty capsules as they rise, from where they are sent into the empty capsule collection box. Airflow rate can be adjusted to sort capsules of varying sizes effectively.

ECSE 100 Empty Capsule Sorter Elevator
This system employs air to lift empty capsules. When capsule level in the hopper drops below a predefined level, sensors trigger the airstream action needed to load empty capsules until set levels are reached. Airstream is generated by an air blower mounted within the base structure.

Metal Detector
This unit identifies metallic particle levels using electromagnetic induction principles. When detection thresholds are crossed, it triggers an alarm. Minimum rejection parameters can be set using precise delay adjustments mounted on the equipment's front panel.

CW 20 Check Weigher
This unit uses vibration principles to sample and weigh filled capsules by isolating and transferring random / individual capsules onto the weighing pan. An IR sensor records capsule entry and stops the vibration. The PLC reads the capsule weight, and an air jet ejects the capsule from the weighing pan to a collection box. Data is printed, and the hopper automatically purges the weighed capsules via air jet mechanism, to weigh the next capsule in line.

PTS 100 Product Transfer System
This system is used in conjunction with the XTR machine and employs the vacuum principle for powder transfer. It uses sensor-based active and idle cycles to ensure sufficient formulation material for continuous operations.

FCEU Filled Capsule Elevating Unit
This unit creates a continuous air stream at high velocity through a rotating impeller to lift capsules fed into the in-feed chute at the bottom pipe and convey them upwards to the top pipe and then to the delivery chute.
